Dishonest Hustlers Drove four hours to see a used Ford that the Sales Manager assured us was in excellent condition with no needed repairs. Truck had shoddy wiring (horn was disabled and had bypass wired in to dash), splits in seats, and a tailgate that was lying in the bed since the cables that secure it were broken. You'd do just as well buying from a shady used car dealer with stock purchased from auctions. You certainly cannot trust in or rely upon the word of this dealership. More

After waiting for abut 45 minutes they came to me and told me it wouldn't start. So I showed them the other vehicle I wanted to look at and they "couldn't find it.". They brought me the Ford after 3 hours of waiting. Bought the ford, 32 days later the transmission blew. My family is out $3000 and a vehicle. Will NEVER recommend this car lot. More

Worst car buying experience out of the 15 I have bought I could write a book on issues with this dealer but i will keep it short. I purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 from them. They did not have what I wanted but I could write a book on issues with this dealer but i will keep it short. I purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 from them. They did not have what I wanted but set up a dealer trade for one and said they would have it in a few days. They went through 4 trucks they they had secured. Would call me and tell me it was a done deal only when I called the next day they would tell me it fell through. They finally got my truck that was delivered to their dealer on a wrecker. That is a whole story I will not get into on here. They lied to me about everything, even things that did not matter they would lie about it anyway. The salesman ran out of lies and passed me to a manager who told me more lies then sent me to deal with a second manager. I should of walked away several times and I don't know why i didn't. When I did get my truck I did not get my second key or owners manuals. Its been 3 months now and they will not return my call. I know I have left messages with the manager over 10 times. Once you sign that paper they could care less about you. I would think when you spend over $50,000 on a truck that it would come with the extra key and manual but they will not give it to me. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and stay far away from these people. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. More

We have used this dealership multiple times! After we realized that for our household, buying used was the way to go, we started buying from Greenville Chrysler. On my (5 hour) drive up there, I was told they sold it the night before but that they had a similar used car and they were also transferring another used car over so I could see it. I got up there and was then told that the other car that was on their lot sold that morning and that the one being transferred was still an hour away. I ended up being there for 3 hours and that car NEVER showed up. They kept trying to sell me 2 new cars. One that only had half of the features i was looking for, the other had everything but they couldn't even match the price of a different dealership that was cheaper. What a waste of time. I have never felt so lied and used as I did by them!! I even had a friend email them about my original car, and was told it was still available (even though we were told it was sold!). SO UNETHICAL!! They did not listen to one thing I had to say. This dealership does the most shady practices ever! More
