The salesman, Hunter, was inattentive and disappeared frequently for 15-20 minutes at a time. He also did not listen well to our requests or needs. Ultimately we requested management inclusion to help make the purchase. In the end, we were required to spend about $4,000 beyond the vehicle price with almost $3,000 of that being warranty type add-ons the dealership claimed corporate requires. The trade in offer for our vehicle was a few thousand below previous buy back offers, and that's after they brought it up a few thousand. While management and finance were friendly and helpful, the very poor interaction with the salesman, corporate mandated extras, and the more than five hours it took to complete the planned purchase prevents us from recommending this location.
