Shane was pretty attentive about keeping me in the loop of what was going on with my truck. I picked it up last Friday. Unfortunately yesterday evening on the way home the check engine light came on again. I will be calling this morning to let them know. It came on the first time before I had 10,000 miles on it. It did take nearly a month to get a loaner. Now I have about 12,250 on it. I paid for 150,000 roof to road. After researching and reading several reviews about the dealership, I'm happy to give Greenville Chrysler 5 stars due to their amazing staff that worked with me. Shelby, from the finance department, helped me get the best deal compared to what I brought to the table. Lastly, Rosa helped me get the infotainment ready and done quickly. I have bought a vehicle the year before and my experience at this dealership was more relaxing, quick, and straightforward. I will be returning and recommending Greenville Chrysler to others. Some improvements for this dealership would be upgrading their technology at the finance department. Having the capability of electronic signing and flash drives for saving the files could improve the process a bit. More
