I was looking at used 2020 Laramies and to get a price I was told by the sales rep they would run a soft credit check and it would not affect my credit. Before I could get back with them, I was notified of a hard inquiry by the credit agency. I have excellent credit but they exposed themselves as not being honest and true to their word. We agreed on all terms over the phone without any hassle. I travelled all the way from Katy TX and Jarred was ready when I got there - car clean, keys in hand, paperwork lined up. It took about an hour to get all done, including test drive, vehicle check, paperwork and payment. I drove back to Katy and the car runs and feels great.
