I’ve only used the service department at Greenville Chrysler, but I’ve always receive great service. I’ve always used Jeremy Sims, and he goes above and beyond to help you get your vehicle fixed. He’s Chrysler, but I’ve always receive great service. I’ve always used Jeremy Sims, and he goes above and beyond to help you get your vehicle fixed. He’s very knowledgeable in his job, and keeps you up to date on the progress on your vehicle. I would 100% recommend Jeremy and Greenville Chrysler to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on. I would also like to say how great of a job the mechanic that replaced the engine in my truck did, and he took his time to answered all the questions I had. I believe his name was Jimmy, and I would trust hi to work on any of my vehicles. More

Everyone there at the deal shop was nice but the customer service is not so great. About a week after I purchased the truck we lost the front hub cap. When we picked up the plates we asked about getting a re service is not so great. About a week after I purchased the truck we lost the front hub cap. When we picked up the plates we asked about getting a replacement and I feel like they just blew us off and said we don’t have any and walked away. I was not asking for a free one but they didn’t even give us a chance to order one. With customer service like this on something as small as a hub cap I will NOT purchase another truck from here and will make sure if anyone ask that they know once you purchase from this dealership you are on your own More
