Good luck getting ahold of someone besides the auto system and voicemails. After calling Friday, Saturday, Monday (leaving a vm) and finally getting a call back Tuesday I got my truck scheduled to be s system and voicemails. After calling Friday, Saturday, Monday (leaving a vm) and finally getting a call back Tuesday I got my truck scheduled to be serviced. I Discussed a time frame I could roughly be there (4:00) with an estimated cost. I got conformation that my service advisor would be there and informed him I was taking off work early to be there at that time. I ended up getting there at 4:07 and was told that they quit taking trucks in at 4:00. (Go figure). Now very irritated, I reminded him of our conversation that morning and pointed out the time. (7mins past 4). The truck ended up getting serviced thankfully but was not a very clean job. There was diesel fluid all underneath my truck and my front differential is completely covered with it from being serviced along with some oil drop on top of the cover (didn’t bothers to even wipe) Looks like the tech just didn't clean up afterwards at all. Also ended up paying a little over $100 more than the quote givin over the phone. Definitely a rushed job. Lessons learned from this experience forsure. More

Everything was fine until I received the vehicle. I traded a car with Air Force Air Medal plates on it. I told the finance lady numerous times that I need the Jeep registered in those plates. Even my s traded a car with Air Force Air Medal plates on it. I told the finance lady numerous times that I need the Jeep registered in those plates. Even my salesman was told and a photo of the plates sent to him as well. I received the plates and was told that I just needed to wait for the registration at which time I would put on my old plates. After I left her office, I waited for the Jeep which was delivered to me with plastic still on the carpet, shipping labels still on the windows and obviously not detailed. It was raining that evening but I asked my salesman if this vehicle had been detailed and he said yes. After I got home to McKinney, the next morning in the sunlight you could tell nothing had been done. Not only was the Jeep not detailed, I was missing the antenna. I called the salesman and he apologized and said to bring it back and he would have it detailed and antenna attached. He also said that he would fill up my tank again. When I got to the dealership that afternoon, they did detail and attach the antenna, but when I received the Jeep, they did not top off my gas. My salesman was busy so I just left. Then fast forward 2 weeks and I receive a call saying my plates are in. I tried 4 times to talk with someone, 4 messages and no response. Of course your dealership registered the Jeep under new plates. I even asked for the General Manager twice and never anything. So I had to drive one more time to Greenville to pick up the wrong plates and then spend my time going to the Collin County records to get it all straightened out. As I left I asked that the General Manager call me personally, but nothing. I will do numerous reviews on your dealership, including the one from Jeep telling them this experience. Very poor. What I hate most is that I turned down a deal at AutoNation for a similar Jeep that was $500 cheaper only because I did not like the way I was treated there. I told my salesman, Jerry, that I was going to go with your dealership because of how nice everyone was up to the purchase. So poor at the customer service after purchase. I will not recommend your dealership to anyone, nor will I give any favorable review that Jeep sends. More
