Friendly honest service department. Upon cranking my Challenger after it had been sitting for a week or so, it was misfiring for a short time on one cylinder, and threw a code. After a couple minutes of Challenger after it had been sitting for a week or so, it was misfiring for a short time on one cylinder, and threw a code. After a couple minutes of run time it cleared up, and ran fine. I took it to Greenville Chrysler service department, where they verified the code as a misfire incident on cylinder #2. Even though it was running fine at that point they kept the car in order to attempt to diagnose the cause. They kept it for several days, but could never get the car to duplicate the issue. I thought sure they would charge me for the time spent trying to identify the problem, but there was no charge to me. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Prompt service. The service rep thought it would take several days to service however it was completed in one day. Much appreciated. Unfortunately research show my issue to be common but the 36k warrente several days to service however it was completed in one day. Much appreciated.
