Process was okay I researched a number of deals online and found the best to be Greenville Chrysler so i made the 100 mile trip to buy a truck to pull a new camper. M I researched a number of deals online and found the best to be Greenville Chrysler so i made the 100 mile trip to buy a truck to pull a new camper. My concern with the deal was 4 lines items for things you really dont need; Etchy (spelling), Greenville Chrysler plan, Charge for wheel locks ($600) and one other i dont recall. While the truck deal was good, these items added roughly 3K for the price. Had i know this would happen, i likely would have gone somewhere closer to my home. The sales person was able to help me remove one from the purchase price which was helpful, but he failed to mention that one of them was only good for 6 months (the way he described it it was good for the whole time i owned the truck). Not living anywhere near Greenville, that extra line item turned out to be useless. As we moved to finance the truck, we noticed a scratch on the back where someone had leaned up against it. The sales person and manager said they would get it taken care of. The sales person called me once and our schedules did not match and he never called me again to get it addressed. More
