This Service Center is in no way concerned for the customer. They seem to have no process to let the customer know what is going on, what will happen next, or how to resolve issues. I got the treatmen customer. They seem to have no process to let the customer know what is going on, what will happen next, or how to resolve issues. I got the treatment that I was just going to have to figure that stuff out. Not helpful at all. Apparently, I was a nuisance for bringing my pickup in for items covered by the warranty. In a world where dealership service centers have a bad reputation for their attention to the customer, this service shop is doing nothing to provide a better experience. All you’d have to try is put any amount of effort in to make it better but I was told”it’s the same with any service center, man. It just sucks.” Oh cool. If I were in sales at that dealership, I’d be embarrassed and angry that my potential repeat customers have to put up with such terrible attitude. More

I have been using Greenville Dodge got service since buying my Grand Caravan last year. So far, so good. The staff is polite and helpful. Lack of communication and serious lack of professionalism. Bought a truck from the preowned with a couple of issues they said they would take care of One being a check engine code I found t professionalism. Sales dept said no problem they will take care of it. My significant other has taken the truck back twice and issue is still there. Ive had the truck for a little over one week and it’s been in their shop for 3. It’s going back today and they treated my significant other like she didn’t know what she was talking about and that has made me more mad than the first. She is relaying messages from a vehicle shop owner not making crap up! More
