My truck was brought in for repairs that were covered under warranty. They refused to work with me on understanding this situation. After trying to negotiate a price to fix my truck, magically they cut c under warranty. They refused to work with me on understanding this situation. They instead went out of their way to make sure FCA denied my warranty work. I called another local dealership and explained my situation. They informed me they would do the work If I could get the truck to them. I got them the truck the next day and it was done under warranty!
