too long waiting room was find. I was one of the first there when open and I was there 3 hours before they finish.had oil change and state inspection which t waiting room was find. I was one of the first there when open and I was there 3 hours before they finish.had oil change and state inspection which they said wouldn't pass . so oil change only. all they change 38.95 when I called and was changed $49.85 and they also order the wrong oil filter so i had to wait longer. I was down right unhappy. they didn't tell they also charge extra like labor could went to Wal-mart and got it for 20-30. More

The salesperson that we were dealing with was nice, but why is the general manager wanted to charge me for advertising that got me into the dealership. in today's world with everything going on with the vi why is the general manager wanted to charge me for advertising that got me into the dealership. in today's world with everything going on with the virus I was willing to pay the asking price plus tax title and license but he wanted to charge me for the advertising which I refuse to do for any dealership, so we went and bought a new vehicle from somebody else.
