Horrible experience Me and my husband went to this dealership on 4/30. We met with Julian, we told him that my husband was already approved with Chrysler Financial and w Me and my husband went to this dealership on 4/30. We met with Julian, we told him that my husband was already approved with Chrysler Financial and we wanted to find out what they will give for his current truck on a trade because if it was too off we were not going to move forward. We were there over an over for them to get the value of my husbands truck, while we were waiting Jilian brought over a stack of paperwork for us to sign, he also was asking about our financial information, I told him that we did not want my credit ran unless it was needed and that Neil was already approved. He said that the forms we signed were just information on the current truck we had and our information. He said finance would handle all that and nothing would be ran until we met with finance. He also said that if they did run credit it would only be hit one time because you have another company that gets better terns than Chrysler. After being there over 2 hours we told him that we had to leave,he then went and got the value of our truck and it was too low and was too much negative equity, we told him we did not want to move forward and was going to just leave. As we were leaving Aaron came over and said we would be able to meet with finance in about 20 minutes and that they would be able to get something done. We told them that we did not want to move forward and not interested. Him and Julian were very pushy. We left, we never met with anyone or talked to anyone in finance. We thought everything was done and they understood we were not moving forward and not to run anything. My credit has been hit over 18 times and dropping my score over 80 points, I did not authorize this at all! I called yesterday morning and kept getting hung up on or just told no one was there. I then spoke to Aaron, he was very rude and kept laughing and said he would run my credit as many times as he wants and nothing that I could do and hung up on me. My husband called him back and Aaron told him that Julian is the one that authorized finance to keep running our credit, my husband advised him that this needed to stop as we told them before we even left that we did not want anything ran and not moving forward with them. Then again at 12:02 my credit was hit 2 more times, my husband called over there and left a message for Aaron. I called back several times and then at 6:38 talked to Eric who said he was a manager, he said he was going to go and talk to Aaron and Kurt and he would call me back by 7. Once again no call back, I called at 7:05 and talked to Aaron again, he was very rude and keeps saying they will do what they want and he will be running my credit again, he kept changing stories and going back and forth. . This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I spoke to US Bank and was told that my information was submitted to them 4 times and after the 3rd she called to find out why. Aaron also advised that they have sent 3 times to same finance company so they just keep running my information. More
I was there just over 6 hours. I have bought 4 other grand Cherokees and never spent so much time buying a Jeep. Will Brewer is great, true gentleman ladies...opening the door for me and all. I felt that his "carside" manner was above and beyond. More

Dropped my truck off in the morning for repairs and picked it up the same day. Jeremy was awesome to work with explaining everything that needed to be fixed before performing the work and recommending picked it up the same day.
