I am disabled and took my modified mobility van in for recall work. I was told it would take two days, it ended up taking four days. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but the only vehicle my wife recall work. I was told it would take two days, it ended up taking four days. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but the only vehicle my wife and I can get around in is a mobility van. I understand everyone wants and needs their vehicle but most people can get into another vehicle go about their business not so in this case. I had to go by the dealership on the third day to find out what was going on and told hopefully they would have it done on the fourth day. No problems with the guys at the front service desk they were great. Evidently there is an issue with scheduling in the shop. Also have greasy finger marks on my light colored head liner. Overall very dissatisfied with the service on my vehicle, if I need further work done I will probably take it to another dealership. More
