Let me start by saying we live in Oklahoma. It became obvious to us that one in Okla could locate the car we were looking for. I had to go on line, found the car at Greenville Hyundai, in Gre It became obvious to us that one in Okla could locate the car we were looking for. I had to go on line, found the car at Greenville Hyundai, in Greenville, TX. I called and spoke with Hector Ramirez and he was able to confirm in minutes what no one in Okla could do, without me making a trip to dealer. He worked with us early as the store opened and we drove 5 hours to get there. My car was waiting, clean ready to go! Everyone from sales manager, finance, and including all other sales people knew we were making the drive there. Not only did Hector Ramirez help me, he was able to go over things on my husband's new Santa Fe (that he purchased in Okla the day before), that no one had shown us in Okla. Worth the 10 hour round trip of driving to work with this wonderful company! ...and yes, I would do this again! More

This was my FIRST time taking a new car in for ‘required maintenance’ service on my own. A pleasant experience overall, and I enjoyed getting a video from the tech of some of the items he checked, with an e maintenance’ service on my own.
