It wasn't till near the end of the process they added their "Dealer Add ons" fees. The price went up almost 4K before the TT&L was added! I immediately declined and got out if there. Such a waist of time! More

The WORST service department We purchased a new Genesis from this dealership a few years ago and have had NOTHING but trouble with their service department. It had another recall awhile back, and I had to get in touch with the general manager of the dealership to get them to finish so we could get the car back.
