With a short time to find a used vehicle to get us through the next few years, we came across a Honda Odyssey listed online. We were able to talk on the phone before arriving, and were overwhelmed with the kindness & hospitality we received from everyone at Greenville Luxury. We had our 3 year old twins in tow, and never once were made to feel out of place. Lee was our salesman and helped us every step of the way, even turning on Sesame Street for the kids and getting them snacks from the gourmet coffee & snack bar, complimentary to guests. After we purchased the vehicle (the finance process with James was a breeze), Lee called to check in every few days to make sure everything was running well & that we were satisfied with our purchase. I've NEVER seen such amazing follow-up from a dealership, so make sure you don't pass up the opportunity to work with this incredible staff. I look forward to purchasing here again in the future! Out of state purchase of 2015 Landrover I was in search of a used 2015 LR4. they had a 2012 that was probably a great buy but wanted a used vehicle a bit younger. They found one at another dealership and over the phone, by computer, and more phone calls transferred a vehicle to Greenville. We were in the final days of an actual purchase and I would be going to Greenville to pick the vehicle up. Chad Chambers had told me that this vehicle was better than he originally believed. During the time of transfer of the vehicle to Greenville from the other dealership, I had to have emergency surgery and would not be able to come to Greenville to purchase and transport back. Chad and his manager made arrangements to deliver the vehicle to the address I was recouping and had all the papers ready to sign and picked up the down payment. This is my 4th Landrover and I have never had such a degree of service ever. As a friend of mine says...This was the kind of service that owners of Landrovers come to expect! Until now I have never had this service to this kind of level. I will definitely recommend Chad and this dealership to all I know who are in the market for new or used cars. They have excelled beyond any expectation I could have possibly imagine. Thank you Chad for your help and excellent care. More

Brant made sure the ordering process went smoothly, and once the car was ordered, Edgar took over. Edgar was a pleasure to deal with throughout the car building/buying process. He would consistently call and email to keep me informed as to the progress of the build. He was also responsive to emails and voicemails that I left for him. Once the car was ready for pick-up, he made sure to have everything ready to go so that I could get in and out of the dealership within an hour. This was definitely the best car buying experience I've had. More
Things made right I purchased a new 2016 xc90 hybrid last May. I was super excited about it, until October when the computer failed and the car died while I was out of I purchased a new 2016 xc90 hybrid last May. I was super excited about it, until October when the computer failed and the car died while I was out of town. Volvo of Louisville fixed it after a week of waiting on parts. I had a mysterious fuel line leak in February and the gasket on the sunroof fell off in April. Needless to say, my xc90 had fallen out of favor. In May the maps and navigation decided to fail as well. I knew something had to change . Lee, my salesman as well as Brant,the GM went to Volvo and arranged for me to trade that car out for a new 2017 xc90. I'm steaming clear of the hybrid this time. A big shout out to Lee however in the painful year for listening and following through to make the situation right. More

Professional and Efficient We certainly did not expect to buy a Volvo. We had tested an Audi, VW, Chevy Impala and BMW 5-Series, etc. Driving past the Volvo dealership we noti We certainly did not expect to buy a Volvo. We had tested an Audi, VW, Chevy Impala and BMW 5-Series, etc. Driving past the Volvo dealership we noticed a different look in one particular Volvo. It was the S90. We had known about the great reviews and awards for the XC-90 and decided to look at the S90. The car was much more than we had thought it might be. However, it did not sell itself. Sami (our salesman) and the managers who agreed to our asking price for both the S90 and our Acura trade-in were the deciding factors - especially Sami. After many car buying and trading experiences, we pretty much know what we like in both a salesman and dealership. Both lived up to the following: a salesman (or sales woman) who is knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, not full of BS about how "I'm working for you - not the manager" (give me a break, please).and who listens to our desires and works efficiently to satisfy them. Sami did all of that and in one word was "professional." The dealership worked with us and made the paperwork and whole process very efficient. You would expect that from car dealers today, but believe me, they are not all the same. As an example, the Service Manager called to say that they were concerned that our new S90 was maybe not prepared for the winter driving in our area. The S90 came with summer tired and he wanted to equip our car with new Michelin All-Weather tires. This was done and we were allowed to keep the summer tires as well. He simply stated that he was concerned for the safety of my wife (her car, of course) in the winter. I was not particularly surprised as Volvo has always been very safety safety minded , but this was above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. The S90 is a brand new concept and it has had several "service updates" but she loves it. Keep up the good work Volvo and give Sami a raise. He deserves it.. More

I truly felt that during the Test Drive, Chad wanted me to really get a feel for the car, never rushed, and never pressured. I really felt as if he were looking out for my best interest.
