Instead of feeling like another "sale" who should be lucky to drive a Land Rover, we felt like we the most important part in the process Chad knew that we would be coming in from out of town and had set up everything we asked for; the model, different colors, packages, etc. James was just as helpful in the financing; giving us every option to choose from, explaining the good and bad of each (not just highlighting the good).
