"Sid Kachole" should not be at management level in any luxury car dealership, he is unfit for a salesman; he is more like a dorky service guy at a 1. This dork never responds properly to customers questions 3. If he quotes a number on a vehicle customer wants to buy, call any other salesman from the same dealership and they would quote a lesser price 4. If kachole sid answers your request at this dealership, run away from him as fast as you can and go to any other managers who have good reviews at this dealership like Sam, Chad or Dennis 5 If you don't have a choice and are stuck with this dork, get everything he says in writing, at least. This dealership lost my company's business just because of this dorks' bad customer service. Would never do business with them again as long as I deal with this estúpido. More

Professional, courteous, and fantastic prices I was recently shopping for a new vehicle and came across Greenville Luxury's website. They were advertising Volvo V60 Cross Country's at a discount I was recently shopping for a new vehicle and came across Greenville Luxury's website. They were advertising Volvo V60 Cross Country's at a discount that no other dealer was able to match (believe me, I tried). Sid Kachole was my primary contact at Greenville. He was professional, courteous, and patient throughout my decision process. In the end, my decision came down to a vehicle at Greenville and one at a competing dealer that was closer to me. Neither had 100% of the options & colors I was looking for. I ultimately decided on the vehicle at the other dealer because I thought I would get more use out of the options on the vehicle, and the dealer was a lot closer to my home which made delivery easier and cheaper. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sid and Greenville Luxury to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm in the market for a new car. More

I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon, and met Mike Kulla. This was my first time visiting Volvo of Greenville since my old volvo was a 1995, and the last few years, my husband changed the oil, etc. Mike was very nice, and even honored a price quote that he gave over the phone which was lesser than amount. He directed me to the Lounge which had a TV, couch, and chairs. I was able to access the internet on my lap top while I waited. There were free snacks, and drinks in the lounge for the customers, etc. When my car was ready, Mike came to the lounge to get me, and the time expectancy was close to what he told me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my overall service. Thanks Mike! See you next time. More

His assistant Jeremy Slagle also was attentive to us and helped in many ways to answer our questions. The day we actually purchased our Volvo XC60 we did work with David Hanna and Tony Sanzari ! We were absolutely thrilled by Davids customer care. He was so nice and friendly and answered all our questions and took his time to get things done to our satisfaction. Tony Sanzari did certainly finish the whole process with all his expertise on financial and warranty related questions! Again overall super experience and not as frustrating as car purchasing can be (...elsewhere) ! We will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who will ask!! More

The dealership offered fair trade based on condition and current value based on market conditions without low balling and we easily came to an agreement on the purchased vehicle price. I believe they were fair and we had reasonable expectations so the deal was easy to reach. Everyone at the dealership from administration, service & parts and management were helpful, friendly and professional. I would work with Chad again in the future. More

David couldn't have been more pleasant, patient, and nice to us. We were very comfortable dealing with them both. It was not your typical frustrating car purchase. They made it quite pleasant in fact. Upon leaving with our new Volvo XC60 David took as much time as needed to make sure we knew all the operations and features. I highly recommend this dealership. Make sure you ask for David Hanna and Sid Kachole! More
