She was one of the best. Just so easy to work with. Everyone was very nice and polite. No pressure tactics. Really liked the finance manager also. Super nice guy. Bought a used vehicle from them this September 2026. They shorted me a Key fob. It was not disclosed that the car only had one key fob before the sale. I asked if the dealership would cover the cost of They shorted me a Key fob. It was not disclosed that the car only had one key fob before the sale. I asked if the dealership would cover the cost of a replacement. The GM said no. It was said I was told before the sale but I do not recall being informed of that. The dealership should disclose on paper if there is part of the vehicle missing to avoid misunderstanding. I would have been ok with this if I would have known before hand. Really disappointed. More

We purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Land Rover Greenville. While the vehicle is used, it was represented as being in excellent condition, yet immediately after purchase it required around $5,000 i Greenville. While the vehicle is used, it was represented as being in excellent condition, yet immediately after purchase it required around $5,000 in repairs. Two diagnostic codes even showed error dates from before we bought the vehicle, which is very concerning. Our sales rep, Donte, was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t answer many of our questions. During the test drive, he acknowledged the parking sensors were not working but suggested it was likely a settings issue. That turned out to be incorrect, and the parking sensors are now one of the more expensive repairs. Overall, we often felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We initially purchased a warranty and later canceled it, but the process was poorly handled and required redoing financing paperwork. It took over a week and a half of follow-ups, and lack of communication delayed our registration and license plate. The finance manager was unprofessional, including cursing and making a derogatory comment about our salesperson, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The only positive experience was working with Quintina Clemmons, who was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. This was not the experience we expected when purchasing a luxury vehicle, and the immediate repair costs and poor service left us with little confidence in our purchase. More

We purchased our Cayenne from afar (flew in from Wisconsin to pick it up and drive home). First time having done this and Nathan was the consummate pro - very patient, informative and helpful. Took an Uber from hotel to the dealership - arrived to find the car parked right up front - ready, polished up and waiting for us to load our luggage & hit the road. Nathan offered suggestions on things to see while in Greenville (do go downtown - really lovely) and routes to take on our trip home. Terrific experience all around and was everything I expected from Porsche. (oh - and we LOVE the car) More
