I’ve been happy with my Toyota Greenville experience and thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm? I’m 6 thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm? I’m 69 but don’t remember having service with other needs showing up every time. How does this work? Love Greenville Toyota except unsure about this up sale enticement every time. I bought a car from them back in October 2021. In November 2021 My car broke down while visiting a sick relative 4 hours away from home. I found out it needed a new motor. I also learned that they didn't do the oil change they said they did. I felt like I was ripped off. I thought I was going to a reputable dealership, but apparently I was wrong I can not in good faith recommend this dealership.and will not purchase from them again ever More

Probably the most professional buying experience I’ve ever had. I had been corresponding with Karen about a 4Runner that they were waiting on.
