Micheal Vincent is my service advisor and has taken care of me and my tacoma on several occasions. Just recently I had a warranty issue and he went above and beyond for me and my truck - truly making me fee of me and my tacoma on several occasions. Just recently I had a warranty issue and he went above and beyond for me and my truck - truly making me feel like I am a part of the toyota family. He is on top of everything and always thinks several steps ahead to make sure the customer is taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. I know that my truck is in good hands here. In a world full of people who do just the bare minimum - Mike goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this dealership and this service advisor! More
Went for service- left with a new car We have been loyal Toyota owners with this dealership for years. We went to pay a large bill on an older Toyota we had owned and serviced since 2001, We have been loyal Toyota owners with this dealership for years. We went to pay a large bill on an older Toyota we had owned and serviced since 2001, and were told more expenses were to be expected given the age... We spoke with a salesperson who had helped us in the past with our car purchases, and rather than pay the large bill for our old car, he showed us other possibilities- We left with a new Toyota Camry- After we got over our amazement that we had purchased a car so quickly and easily, and learned how to use the new features- we love it and are very pleased with the service and the car. Suggestions: have someone explain the tech features (audio system, maps, etc) in detail as part of the purchase process... we had to return to the dealership later for this and look up information online. More

Loyal customer I have purchased several vehicles from Greenville Toyota and this will continue. Bought my Lexus there and it’s paid for now. Went for my free oil c I have purchased several vehicles from Greenville Toyota and this will continue. Bought my Lexus there and it’s paid for now. Went for my free oil change and tire rotation on Friday and had my vehicle inspected. When I got my car back, it had been washed AND vacuumed. I had recently had a dog in my car and was already embarrassed about the dog hair inside. Thank you G T! I also bought my sons car there and HE lives in Florida! I will be back. More

sales great service no so great I would not buy from here again. I have taken lots of pictures if anyone is interested but not so far. It is a shame that we have been paying on a new car for almost two years but it smells like an old flooded car. We were in right after Christmas with this issue once again so sales wanted to help us out they were going to give us a great deal to get us out of the wet car. Well they lowered my payment by 18 cents (WOW) I had five more years to pay on my cay instead of three and I lost my extended warranty. What a DEAL. I also noticed all of the reviews on this page were all great so I am sure this one will be deleted. More
