Even though he was completely booked up for the day and I was scheduled with anothe I have been bringing my car for service since day one with Darryl. The waiting area is pleasant with complementary coffee and snacks which is important if you are waiting an hour or more. Once the work is done the car is washed before being returned to you. The servicing of my car became an extended project and timeframe, but Darryl I just want you to know that Darryl's customer service was exceptional. The servicing of my car became an extended project and timeframe, but Darryl kept in touch and updated me on everything. He arranged for a car rental while I was unable to use my car and made my life worry free. He also took care of the maintenance coverage that I have on my vehicle and went out of his way to make sure everything went well for me. He should be commended on his job performance. He has redeemed Hyundai, as my first experience with Hyundai when I purchased my car was horrendous and decided it was the first and last time I would consider Hyundai for another vehicle.
