Do not remember not available The only comment is that when I came to pick up my vehicle there was one other customer in front of me at the payment window and one cashier. There wa The only comment is that when I came to pick up my vehicle there was one other customer in front of me at the payment window and one cashier. There was a very long and personal conversation going on between an employee and the customer the wait time was at least 10 to 15 minutes which I felt was way too long there was a gentleman at the service desk that tried to get someone else to assist me, but it took a couple attempts before a second person came to the window. The disappointing part was that the employee talkie to the customer in front of me made no attempt to recognize that fact that I was waiting a longer than usual time to check out and made no attempt to expedite the situation. She was more concerned with the customer in front of me because he was a repeat customer and had purchased several vehicles from this establishment. It just made me feel less important as a customer More

Hyundai helps me the best way!!!! I was approaching my car from the service shop when I saw Jovanny Martinez, I asked him about trading in my car. He went to show me a car that i felt I was approaching my car from the service shop when I saw Jovanny Martinez, I asked him about trading in my car.
