Took way too long to get my car in for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 1:15pm, I arrived at 1:09, sat at the entrance in my car until 1:29pm. Had a concern over the transmission, they claime change. My appointment was at 1:15pm, I arrived at 1:09, sat at the entrance in my car until 1:29pm. Had a concern over the transmission, they claimed it was fine but drove over 10 miles and did not replenish my fuel. Once home I opened my hood just to find that the engine bay was covered in oil everywhere, horrible cleanup skills. Did I mention it took nearly 4 hrs to get a simple oil change ? Transmission still doing the same but at least I have new oil. More

Jennifer was an amazing service advisor she went over everything that would be done during my service and after the service reiterated everything that had been completed.
