Yesterday, I had my first service done on my wife's new 24 Telluride SX Prestige X Line and Ray took great care of us and got me in and out in about 90 minutes as they were busy. We had a full synthetic o 24 Telluride SX Prestige X Line and Ray took great care of us and got me in and out in about 90 minutes as they were busy. We had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation done and all is well. Thanks Ray! More

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had nail in tire. I couldnt remember if I had insurance for wheel/tire at the time. The mail was in outside tread band so they can't plug it. Service dept shouldve checked them to see if it was covered but it wasn't mentioned. I spent 2.5 hrs there on that trip. I went home and found paperwork. I purchased tire/wheel coverage when I bought car at dealership. So I called dealership back and explained things. Took care back for tire replacement and they tried charging me. I explained again and then they said on. Was there 3 hrs for tire change which is ridiculous. More
