The service center just is not what I expected, they overcharged for an extremely simple resolution. I had the problem with my car quite a while. I was hesitant to get it looked at because just the diagnostic alone was pretty expensive. I finally got to a point where I could do it so I brought I was hesitant to get it looked at because just the diagnostic alone was pretty expensive. I finally got to a point where I could do it so I brought it in. They told me what was wrong but they didn't have the part but should have it in about 7 days. Came back a week later, no part. got a message the following day that I could reschedule but that wasn't an option for me so I returned the following week & had the repair done. 5 hours later I was finally out the door. Would have been nice to have a few updates to let me know the progress & time expected. More
