First time visit to dealership. Sales dept appeared to be non-existent during my walk around the showroom floor and sales lot. Mr Nowak did an excellent job of communicating the service progress as well as the vehicles overall health and service needs in the near future. More

Brought vehicle in for knocking in engine paid almost $500 for repair engine still knocking and Simone from the service center said I have to pay again for a complete break down of my engine to the issue $500 for repair engine still knocking and Simone from the service center said I have to pay again for a complete break down of my engine to the issue don’t understand what I paid for I was given a oil change and injection cleaner and was pushed out the door so I took several videos of car still knocking I went back to Kia they kept my car all week just to tell me it’s a 50 50 chance that Fidelity will fix my vehicle it depends on what they find in the breakdown of the engine and I would have to pay for that but I paid from the very beginning and no I have to pay again I would never recommend unless you still have a original warranty because with a extended warranty they don’t care More
We came into Kia with reservations about whether we could get a car based on what we had been told by other dealerships. We came in and met Josh and he helped us go from looking at a used Kia to walking out get a car based on what we had been told by other dealerships.
