Oil chug & regular maintenance check I bought this vehicle from Jenkins Nissan almost 4 years ago and all service as been done at this location. I loved Jenkins - from sales to service! I bought this vehicle from Jenkins Nissan almost 4 years ago and all service as been done at this location. I loved Jenkins - from sales to service! My only experience with Awesome has been oil changes and regular maintenance (wipe blades, battery, brake fluid service, tire pressure, etc). I have relied on the service dept to properly maintain my car. However, my visits to Awesome have been mixed and about average. Yesterday’s visit, as I was actually considering going somewhere else, was terrific! Teddy was polite, considerate and thoroughly explained his recommendations. I felt extremely comfortable with him handling the maintenance visit for my vehicle. I will again return to Awesome. More

First service This was our Murano's first service and everything went well, had oil/filter change and tires rotated. Very disappointed I took my vehicle in on a Saturday on a previous oil change and the technician didn’t put the oil cap back on and oil got all over under the hood and I took my vehicle in on a Saturday on a previous oil change and the technician didn’t put the oil cap back on and oil got all over under the hood and was smoking. I’m a single mom and my kids were in the back seat scared, I got home and had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership because I was afraid to drive the vehicle back to town. So, now to this visit I called and made an appointment and took my vehicle at my scheduled time and several vehicles were already there which was no big deal. I dropped my vehicle off at 800 and was told that it would be ready at 300 and which it was and I was given a call that it was ready. I was at 30000 miles the transmission needed to be done also, which later I found out is not true at all and having to pay for unnecessary repairs is so aggravating to me as a I stated before I’m a single mom so I don’t have a fortune. I left with my vehicle and once I got home noticed that I didn’t have a drop of wind shield washer fluid, I tried several times to contact the dealership again to complain and could not get a hold of the person that I was dealing with which is very frustrating because she doesn’t call people back. I had to go to a funeral viewing of a friend and as I was walking back to my vehicle I notice attaches on the front my vehicle and I was over the top mad at this point and drove back to the dealership and complained because they also washed my car. I take very good care of my car, I park in the last parking space in a parking lot so that no one hits my car, it’s treated as one of my kids. The lady that I was dealing with earlier was still there and I told her that I was very disappointed in my service that they had not put wind shield washer fluid in my car and how am I supposed to feel comfortable knowing that all the other services that I had paid for were done properly and that there were scratches on my car that were not there before, she explained that it was probably from rocks on the road which is totally ridiculous because two rocks hit my car in the exact spot on both sides of my vehicle. She told me that she had been busy that day and her help was on vacation and that putting washer fluid in the vehicles is her job which I find hard to believe. Then she told me that I could bring my car back next week to have it washed again. I am very disappointed in Awesome Nissans service department and I will never bring my vehicle back there again. I still have oil changes on my extended warranty that I won’t be using at the dealership due to the poor service. More
