Way too busy for customer service. When I first brought iny car for an oil change and a look at my engine mounts, I had an appointment. I was asked four different times from four differ When I first brought iny car for an oil change and a look at my engine mounts, I had an appointment. I was asked four different times from four different people why I was there. I wasn't helped until 30-40 minutes after my initial appt time. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1, is because when I did eventually get to actual speak to someone who made eye contact with me, Chris Yates was our technician and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Not impressed needs a overhaul threw out that business The guy in service was wondering around Aimlessly I have to go up there 3 times was told multiple times by the people in parts that they would call The guy in service was wondering around Aimlessly I have to go up there 3 times was told multiple times by the people in parts that they would call me back when my part came in however I never got a call Back on the status I have to do that myself which is fine however they should not have said that they would call at the end of the day and let me know what the status was they order the wrong parts the 1st time did some kind of quick fix told him I wanted to re order the part which they did I had it put in going up there 3 times do a simple job Is a little ridiculous the to service girls obviously need help It looks like Disorganized in their form them doing the best they can with what they have If I was in management I be able to solve that problem very quickly as I do lots of problem solving in the military As a leader the girls at service where nice But when you get your car back it shouldn't have any of that crap that the people put in and to protect the seats There needs to be a quality control checklist when I got an oil change they did not put air in my tires I had to tell them to do that on my 3rd visit simple stuff that should not need my attention of telling someone what to do Also the receptionist is horrible she constantly transfers people to the wrong areas when all I'm trying to do was talk to a Service representative she probly should not even answer the phone And say the company some money More
