I was referred to Kevin Beikmann and his team at Greenwood Automotive. Unfortunately, its all the same at this dealership as it has been at every other "tell the customer whatever they want to hear" Greenwood Automotive. Unfortunately, its all the same at this dealership as it has been at every other "tell the customer whatever they want to hear" dealership I've worked with. I leased two brand new trucks from Kevin within 30 days and he was easy to work with and fast to respond, until the moment I cut him the checks and he handed me the keys. There were multiple promised accessories Kevin said he would obtain for me post-sale and apparently, in my trusting ignorance, I believed he would deliver on those promises. The first of these promises was met with, "Just buy these yourself because I can't get them for you". The second promise...well it has been 4 months since I purchased my trucks and I have been given the runaround over and over and over with no promise kept. I have called and left voicemails. I have texted Kevin so many times I've lost count and I've even emailed others on his team to see what the hold up is. I texted Kevin one last time a few weeks ago and didn't even get the courtesy of a response. WARNING: If you want a car/truck, you can buy one here. But make sure you don't take those keys until every single item you've been promised has been delivered. Otherwise, you'll never get it and you'll feel taken advantage of, just as I was. More
