Left tool under hood that caused serpentine belt to come off track and severe damage and said it’s my problem not theirs. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been hung up on. Also they told me to wait another week and notify my extended warranty insurance which I believe they are telling me to be deceptive to the insurance. Their mechanic left a tool under the hood, I have witnesses. My 76 year old mother bought this car less than a month ago and the tool is certainly not hers! Plus they will ruin your credit by searching multiple banks in order to get a sale. With out my mom knowing it they searched 8 different banks to get a sale…..destroyed her credit! More
