. I brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to be service on 4/19/2021 to be serviced at Gregg Orr Honda of Hot Springs, a salesman Brian Sharrock approached me saying he would buy my car. I told him no I was 4/19/2021 to be serviced at Gregg Orr Honda of Hot Springs, a salesman Brian Sharrock approached me saying he would buy my car. I told him no I was bringing my car in to be serviced and I was on a social security income and had bad credit. He would not take no for an answer. He was very persistent and pressured me to look at other vehicles and unfortunately I was coerce into buying a 2015 Dodge Charger for $22099 which was a higher price than I realize because the salesman never told me the price when looking at the vehicle thou I ask several times. They told me the easycare insurance and gap insurance was required which was also put on the credit application to be financed. There was no buyers guide on the car nor a price sticker. Well the air conditioning does not work, the passenger back window does not work and he engine idles rough.. I called and spoke with a Justin service man about this he said to bring it in on 4/27/2021 at 9 am.. I asked if I would be charge Justin the serviceman said he have to ask his manager he did not know. I did not I fill out a credit application or received a copy of the credit application . The original sales man did not listen to what I was saying as I first brought this his attention about the air conditioning he just wanted to make a sale.. Now I'm stuck with this car that is a lemon .. I am so unhappy with the customer service it has been the worst car experience I have ever had. I spoke with the finance manager Robert and express my concern he said he was sympathetic and I need to speak with the general manager Heath and hung up. I tried to reach out to the manager left my number Heath has not called me back. I am so angry with the over all experience and that was taken advantage of More

Brian Sharrock was our salesman and was awesome. Great customer service. Tons of knowledge. Went in the dealership just to look with no intention to buy, showed us several options and price points. Should have shopped around!! The buying experience was long and full of BS! When we finally got the payment that we could afford we went back to the financial guy and went thru all the extra insurance information and without realizing signed up for the gap insurance? We were there all day and were tired , I know that's not a excuse but the next day we called and explained we needed to cancel that gap insurance because made payments go up extra 60 dollars a month and we just can't afford that... long story short out salesman didn't work there anymore and the financial guy explained to my husband we had to wait for contract in mail before we could cancel.... ok got it in mail couple days later then called and was told we should have cancelled before we got contract because now the payment was already in the contract and that we could cancel gap insurance but payment now was with the extra 60 dollars a month!! It will put a very hard strain on us and been upset now every since this happened..... I felt we were lied to and that they really don't care either way! Intake at service center (Tony) Tony took my car in for a oil change, service bulletin (air bag), TPWS sensor and detail. I left the car all day. This morning I called parts department and was told it (TPWS) was actually in stock yesterday but it wasn't entered into the system?? No service tag for next oil change, the old one is still there. Taking advantage of an old single women My 69 year old mother brought her car in for a TPMS light on the dash. $911 later they replaced 4 TPMS. They billed her $126/hr labor for 4 hours, yes My 69 year old mother brought her car in for a TPMS light on the dash. $911 later they replaced 4 TPMS. They billed her $126/hr labor for 4 hours, yes that’s 1/hr per sensor. This is a fairly simple task that possibly could justify 2 hours labor. Discount Tire stated they would have replaced all 4 TPMS for $60 each. Several other dealerships stated they would have charged 1-2 hours labor for the exact service. I emailed the service manager Paul Alban and have not received a response. More
