My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Gregg Orr in Hot Springs AR. Terrance is very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Once we settled on our choice he helped us discuss how we might finance and gave us some numbers to compare. Jeff in Financing was extremely helpful in explaining the choices and the process of financing our vehicle. He took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the car buying experience. since it has been only one day it is hard to say however service manager treated us very well. As for sales again very nice. Pilot is unknown and because of problem with the Passport, occurred 30 days after service manager treated us very well. As for sales again very nice. Pilot is unknown and because of problem with the Passport, occurred 30 days after purchase a wait and see attitude must be taken. American Honda does not get anything but a ZERO Rating of dealership is because of one day experience. The other dealer was good until I walked out the door. More
