My complaint is with the service department. Twice I’ve had service performed that I neither wanted or asked for (tire rotation). A second complaint is about a prior oil change that when I arrived home, I found an oil spot underneath my Ridgeline in my garage. I climbed underneath and found the oil plug was NOT EVEN HAND TIGHT. When I checked out they informed me that my cabin air filter and engine oil filter needed replacement, however, I had just replaced both of those items just 4 days ago.
