Lance told me I needed over $5000 of repairs that I do NOT need. Lance also let debris fall into the fan for the air conditioner and NOW my air conditioner is not working! They want $250 to “blow it out!” NOT need. Lance also let debris fall into the fan for the air conditioner and NOW my air conditioner is not working! They want $250 to “blow it out!” I will never bring my cars here again for service and I will NEVER buy another car from any Orr dealership! This is heartbreaking that they just want to rip off an older and disabled lady. I have bought my last 4 vehicles here but never again! More

As I first walked onto the property, all the staff was very polite and professional. I was greeted and informed the sales person what I was looking for. I have no problem with Justin in service or the service department from what I’ve experienced. They seem to do a good job but they are very expensive! I’m going to check with a couple of other places who I department from what I’ve experienced. They seem to do a good job but they are very expensive! I’m going to check with a couple of other places who I have recommendations from people, whom I trust their opinions, who take their vehicles to & are very pleased with the service they receive. They don’t pay near as much for the same service. If you have lots of money this seems to be a good place to go. More
