As you know, this road has been long, and arduous. Our 2005 Toyota Sienna had transmission issues when we picked it up. I brought it back to you, and when we drove it together, you discovered them also. You made no feeble attempt to dodge, or dance around the issue and you simple said, “...we’ve got to make this right.” You had it inspected, thoroughly, at multiple places to make sure the issue was handled completely; not just barely on the surface, to appease me, but to make sure the transmission was taken care of 100%. That incurred a huge expense to you for you had to replace the whole transmission completely. You did it without hesitation, or regret, because you knew that was what had to be done. Integrity in a car dealer, and their reputation, is paramount. I truly believe I can trust you to get me into any used car for the rest of my life. I am a small business owner, and I do not have to explain to you that word of mouth, and character of standing is vital to being successful. My buy was one of those "OMG" deals got the car home and goofy electrical problems, keep in mind this was on a 10 year old "used" car.. I thought for sure what ever problem was "on me".
