After sending almost 20 emails back and forth and speaking to Mick over the phone I decided to purchase a car from him even though I would have to drive over 200 miles. When I got there I found out t speaking to Mick over the phone I decided to purchase a car from him even though I would have to drive over 200 miles. When I got there I found out that the car had a cracked winshield that I was never informed about and they said they were not going to cover the cost to replace it. And to top it off they sold me the car with out the title. I just received it today in the mail which leaves me 3 days to get my registration and other things taken care of before I get charged a late fee. Worst dealership ever!!!! More

wasnt bad...the only thing that I didnt like was that spotlights of my truck...the water come inside when is raining!!!! and called them to fix it..and they say cannt do it...so how I supposted to know t spotlights of my truck...the water come inside when is raining!!!! and called them to fix it..and they say cannt do it...so how I supposted to know that problem...only that I know next time when Im going buy a truck I gotta wait until rain LOL!!!! Overall good experience. Had an issue with vehicle when I arrived but Bigler had it fixed in a couple of hours. Sales team was great and would buy from again. They got the title to me timely and Dave foll I arrived but Bigler had it fixed in a couple of hours. Sales team was great and would buy from again. I went to quite a few dealers before Bigler. By far Bigler was the best experience! Tim was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We told him what we were looking for and he listened and showed Bigler was the best experience! Tim was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We told him what we were looking for and he listened and showed us a few vehicles. This was important to me because the other places showed me one car and just shoved it down my throat. At Bigler I was shown a few options without pressure. Bigler has a friendly and knowledgable staff and they have great customer service! Have always dreaded shopping around for a new car. I started online by fipling out an application late one night and by 10am I was setting up a time to take a test drive with Dave. I purchased a vehicle about 4 years ago from them and was extremely pleased with my experience. Mick answered all my questions, showed me vehicles that were within my price and mileage range. He didn't try extremely pleased with my experience. Mick answered all my questions, showed me vehicles that were within my price and mileage range. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and wasn't aggressive in trying to make the sale. I appreciated his patience and willingness to work with me to get me in the best car for me and not the one that would give him the best commission. I ended the night filling out the paperwork with the owner Eric. For the owner to take the time to fill out the paperwork and ask me about my experience shows something in a car dealer. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, the first place I will go is Bigler Motors. Bigler is the first place I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
