Hello. My name is Dave Jackson and I am the Internet manager at Bigler Motors. I am going to ask you to remove this review from Dealer Rater and here is why. The cracked windshield: We accommodated your financial boundaries with a discount that placed the vehicle over $2,000 under book value. Because of the discount, we could not take on the extra cost. We explained that before you did paperwork and consummated the deal. You signed off on the vehicle "as is". We have tried to work with you on this issue to save you money, including paying the difference between our cost here and your cost there. The title: You did not come to our dealership with certified funds, you came with a bank draft. Normally, we wouldn't even release the vehicle to someone without certified funds, but we made an exception for you because of the distance. By law, we have 30 days to get the title to you, which we did. I hope these explanations help. Your business IS important to us and you are an important customer. No one that I have spoke with has offered to pay the difference of the cost of the windshield and I know I signed the paperwork for the car "as is" however, Mick said to me before I signed anything that he would get me a "dealership" price where I live and I was dumb enough to believe him!! And that still does not change the fact that I was NEVER informed about the cracked windshield and I'm still going to have to pay a late fee for not registering my car on time due to not receiving the title in time!! And.... When i spoke to the title clerk this past monday, he said they had just received the title themselves that day!! Also, when I talked to Mick over the phone I told him hat I have a dealership check from USAA...if it was such a problem I Gould have been informed an I never would have worked with you guys!! That's the problem with this dealership...they don't inform the buyer about anything...if I would have been told from the very beginning about all of this then I would not be as upset as I am right now!! So no...I'm not taking my post down!! If you would like I can add how your dealership does not inform the buyer anything about the vehicles or how you guys work!!

And I just spoke with Brough who was very rude and said that they would never offer to pay the difference!!!! This is what you get when you expect more from a dealership!!!

We are sorry you did not have a pleasant experience at Bigler Motors. As you can see from all the other reviews on this site, we take pride in our customer service. This particular car deal has been reported to the Nebraska Dealer Licensing Board and the Better Business Bureau and both agencies concluded there was no wrong doing by Bigler Motors.

William, It is Dave from Bigler Motors. I gotta tell ya, I'm a little disappointed in this review. I feel I went above and beyond normal customer service on your car deal. We called in favors to get you financed, found you a vehicle you liked, worked with you on installments on your down payment and gave you multiple rides to get everything you needed. I asked you to leave a review because I thought you appreciated everything we did for you. As far as your headlights, upon investigating, we discovered condensation in this model was very common and not a safety issue. I also told you that if you wanted to replace them we could help you by getting them at our cost. We really appreciate your business William and I hope you didn't mean for the review you left to sound so negative. I would almost prefer if you just removed it. Call me if you have any questions.
