We brought a car on 2-9-22. We thought the company was being upfront and honest with us and it turns out after careful review of our paperwork and warranty that they weren’t. We got duped into over an extra 2k. 595.00 for GY plan We have no clue what it is. There is nothing on the paperwork showing what it is or in the warranty either. Then 1595.00 for a certified warranty that is either 12 months or 12 thousand miles, or 100,000 and 3 years. This was never explained. Then a 3400.00 warranty that covered the car to 125k. 599.00 for a maintenance plan, and a 1000.00 for gap. Why would anyone pay 3400 for an extra 25k in miles? Obviously they didn’t know about the first 100k or 12k or whatever it is. Yes it is our fault because we didn’t read the fine details before signing on the dotted line. Don’t trust the people who work here. Called and manager who was supposed to call back in 15-20 minutes and he never called back. Cameron lied and said the car didn’t have a turbo engine which we didn’t want. He went as far to say the he worked down the down road at the Chevy dealer. Only the premier trim level has them. The turbo didn’t come in this model. Guess what this car has on it???? A turbo engine!!!!!! More
