I strongly recommend Grieco Chevrolet to anyone with a high end Corvette or other vehicle where they want to be treated like a VIP. More

Stay away from this company and avoid buying any GM product. they do not stand behind their product and do everything to avoid replacing the transmission. They rather fix it until the warranty runs out and then you are out of luck! You can be SURE I will never buy a GM product again and will never deal with this dealership again. More

Did not return his phone calls, lied about calling the warranty company, His service advisor who had also been in the service said he understood about his leave time and would get his truck done in time......My son had to extend his leave, his wife just got a job offer that starts soon and no way back home. They don't seem to care about customer service, lie through their teeth, blame someone else, give excuses. Would never recommend this place. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was happening with my Impala. I called at 9:30 am on a Tuesday, brought the car in, and it was finished that day. I was not expecting the car to be finished that day. I could not pick it up until the next morning. Although Rick was off the next day, he came in to handle my vehicle just to make sure that everything ran smoothly. He did a great job and represented the Autonation Service Depot well! More

After much frustration I drove the 175 miles to you facility because of the specific reputation of Mr. Jon Erwin, your Corvette certified technician. It would be an understatement to say I was not disappointing. He took care of the problem and made feel very welcome and certainly went beyond expectation. Dealer Stands Behind Product and Services I purchased a Camaro in 2010 and added rear spoiler thru the dealership. Four months later I went to work overseas for three years. Which meant the fa I purchased a Camaro in 2010 and added rear spoiler thru the dealership. Four months later I went to work overseas for three years. Which meant the factory warranty had expired. At the four-year mark with Sixteen thousand miles (garage kept) on the Camaro the rear spoiler's clear coat started to peel. I went to the dealership to ask if anything could be done since the warranty had expired. I spoke to my original salesperson Jim Murray and explained my dilemma. He proceeded to talk to the General Sales Manager, Don Mook, and to my surprise they stated they would repaint the spoiler at “No Charge” to me because the car is in new condition and with such low miles. My wife (her car) and I are very appreciated for the service provided after the warranty expired. Needless to say they have made a long-term customer out of us. Thanks to Ft. Lauderdale Autonation! The car was over heating and they said it was the cooling fan motor. They quoted me one price then tried to charge me more. I had to fight with them over the phone to get the same quoted price. They replaced it and a week later the car started to leak gas. I took it to another dealership and they fixed it. It's so coincidental that my car had another issue less than a week after being repaired by this dealership. More
