This dealership is very shady. 2019, I purchased a 15,000 dollar Certified Sonata Limited W/only 32,747 miles on it from Roy - Only six months later (42,000 miles ) when we not 2019, I purchased a 15,000 dollar Certified Sonata Limited W/only 32,747 miles on it from Roy - Only six months later (42,000 miles ) when we notice paint peeling from the roof, hood and door. I called Roy and spoke with him and told him this was not right and that i wanted to speak with the manager on this issue and please have him call me. I had to make three more phone calls into Roy (never heard from him or the manger -they never called me on their own) On the last call to Roy, i was told by him, that there is nothing this dealership can do for you! It is unheard of to have a car's paint peel in today's world, so when this 15,000 dollar certified car's paint started to peel and a complaint was registered, this car dealership should have stepped up and been honorable to their customer and called her BACK and offered to pay for the car to get repainted. It says a lot about this dealership and their "LACK OF INTEGRITY!" I would stay away from Hyundai of Johnston RI... More

I had a great experience. Had a brake flush and a/c flush. All went quickly and my car was washed for me. Also, Shawna had an issue fixed for me that happened and was not fixed from 2018. This was my service performed at this dealership. My old dealership had closed down, and I will likely be back. The service coordinator was cordial and explained everything to me upfront before doing ay wo dealership had closed down, and I will likely be back. The service coordinator was cordial and explained everything to me upfront before doing ay work. The quoted price and actual price after service was reasonably close; no surprises. All services performed seems to have addressed both concerns I expressed when I dropped off my Sonata. When I received the car back it was actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. With the COVID-19 concerns, it was nice to see these guys were taking cleanliness very seriously. More
