Very Impressed! I usually dread having to buy a car. In the past it has never been a pleasant experience. This was my first time a Grieco Hyundai, and I was pleasan I usually dread having to buy a car. In the past it has never been a pleasant experience. This was my first time a Grieco Hyundai, and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The service was personalized, we were not pressured in any way, and this was the most relaxing experience I have ever had at a dealership. Bruce, the manager was friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Orlando worked to make sure that the car fit our needs and that the payments were within our budget. Anthony carefully wrote up and double and triple checked the sales agreement to make sure that all of the details were accurate. He reviewed every part of the agreement to make sure we understood it and that everything was as expected. I would highly recommend Grieco Hyundai of Johnston! We had gotten a call a few weeks back from Orlando Gomes, reaching out to us because our lease was almost up My wife and I just leased a new Elantra. We had gotten a call a few weeks back from Orlando Gomes, reaching out to us because our lease was almost up and he had great deals for us if we were interested. We had gotten calls from two other dealerships and were thinking about going to one down the road from us. We leased our 2 previous Elantras from Courtesy, who was bought out by Grieco and after looking over our lease, although we could go anywhere to turn it in, we decided to go with Grieco Hyundai of Johnston. We are very happy we did. Our salesman, Orlando Gomes was awesome. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and professional, with a great sense of humor. He answered all our questions, explained everything in detail and even took the time to show us how things worked in our car and set a few things up for us. He went above and beyond what we ever expected from a salesman. He showed us around the showroom and introduced us to people we may deal with in the future for maintenance or service on our lease. Just can not say enough about him. He should get employee of the month and of the year in my book, if you have such a thing. Also, it was the first time that a dealership manager came over and introduced himself and sat and talked with us for a bit. We never encountered that at any other dealership, ever. Bruce Coppola was sincere and courteous and if we had any concerns just let him know. Everyone we dealt with that day was great, although I can not remember all their names. As my wife and I said, we will do business with Greico Hyundai from now on and let all our friends know what a great place it is. More

Very thorough and accommodating Brought my wife's Hyundai Tucson in due to a recall concerning the oil pan leakage and oil pressure switch. The service tech explained all the issues Brought my wife's Hyundai Tucson in due to a recall concerning the oil pan leakage and oil pressure switch. The service tech explained all the issues they were going to address. No oil leak was found, but the oil pressure switch was replaced. He topped off all fluid levels and, to my surprise, cleaned and washed the car! Very pleased. More
