The excuse is new management I traded in my lease for a new car. Upon arrival my salesperson did not know what I was currently driving or the car I was interested in dispite havin I traded in my lease for a new car. Upon arrival my salesperson did not know what I was currently driving or the car I was interested in dispite having a phone conversation and emails prior to this schedualed meeting. She left me soon after this to assist another client with putting their plates on their car. The sale continued in this fashion. The wrong mileage was put down on the leasing papers, adding 150 miles I did not drive. When I called management to discuss this issues I could not get ahold of anyone. I was transferred all over and had to call 4 times do to the confusion. When management called me back, I got excuses for all of my concerns. New management. Wish there was something they could do for me, but didn’t offer anything besides a $25 SD card. I am usually an easy going customer but when I feel that a company doesn’t respect the the fact that I am spending thousands of dollars on a car, it’s frustrating. My phone call with management ended with him hanging up on me. No thank no good bye. More

Knowledgable, professional, and very pleasant Jim, the sales rep, was very pleasant and easy to work with. There was nothing hurried about the process. Terrible customer service What started out as a great experience with Carissa’s customer service, quickly turned to into a nightmare once working with manager Bruce Coppola. My What started out as a great experience with Carissa’s customer service, quickly turned to into a nightmare once working with manager Bruce Coppola. My fiancé and I drove 4 hours to purchase a used car on the lot. Bruce spoke highly of the customer service that Greco Fiat proudly displays, however all of his actions contradicted that. Everything went well until we got home. After attempting to get the car inspected it failed because the wiring responsible for illuminating the license plate was faulty. After serveral dismissive or completely ignored phone calls to Bruce we went over his head to the general manager Stan, who apparently is never on duty because it took several weeks to get ahold of anyone who could help us at that point. While that was happening our temporary plate expired and we had not yet received anything in the mail. Turns out the documentation was incomplete, so I was now paying for a vehicle with a failed inspected and expired plates that was of absolute no use to me. After almost a month and several threats of going to the better business bureau the car was finally fixed and we got our plates. Bruce had also offered to reimburse us for the cost of the inspection and two months later we are still waiting and have not heard anything back from either Bruce or Stan. This dealership filled with unprofessional, lying management. I regret spending a penny at this dealership and highly discourage anyone from stepping foot there. More

Absolute Thieves Bought a 2013 from this joke of a dealership, and from start to finish was lied to, told I had to buy products that were mandatory that cost me thousa Bought a 2013 from this joke of a dealership, and from start to finish was lied to, told I had to buy products that were mandatory that cost me thousands extra even though I told them I was on a very tight budget. Then when I complained they told me they would change the bogus charges , they did not. I have complaints to the BBB and dmv, my next step is the continue with my attorney which us going to cost them attorney fees. Do not buy any circumstance buy here, these people are thieves and care about their bottom line and nothing for their customers...be warned thus place is a rip off More

I dealt with Richard, William and Mike with the purchase of my car. William was the one who approached me and together with Richard convinced me to get into a new car. I was originally going to wait a few more years. Together with mike they got me an AWESOME deal. The whole process was easier than ordering a cup of coffee at DD. Richard especially went above and beyond to make things easy which I greatly appreciated. This is my 3rd vehicle from metro. I intend to eventually get my next car there in the future aswell.
