Test Drive and receive a $25.00 Visa card I visited the dealership with my 2016 Kia to get prices for a new 2018 Kia. I had no intentions of a test drive, but Jenny drove up the 2018 snowy wh I visited the dealership with my 2016 Kia to get prices for a new 2018 Kia. I had no intentions of a test drive, but Jenny drove up the 2018 snowy white Kia I mentioned immediately, and I did take it for a ride. After about 2 hours of bartering, I left the dealership with my 2016 Kia. This was a Friday and I called Jenny to question about the Visa card the following Monday and twice after that without a call back. I emailed Amanda, the manager, 3 times regarding the Visa card, without getting an answer. Finally called today and asked if Amanda was on vacation the receptionist said I needed to fill out paper work prior to the test drive to receive the Visa card. Jenny never said a word to me prior to my test drive, she just wanted the sale. I found they love you when you buy...not so much when you don't. Buyer BEWARE!! More

BEWARE! **BEWARE** Awful experience. Purchased a car this past May and still have not received the registration! Called and was told that since my salesman **BEWARE** Awful experience. Purchased a car this past May and still have not received the registration! Called and was told that since my salesman had quit they had "forgotten" about my paperwork. They made me go back in for a VIN check (should have been done at the time I purchased the car) over 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. MANY phone calls and voicemails made, NOT ONE RETURN CALL. Apparently they're ok with a customer driving around illegally due to their negligence! ***After review left on Facebook I received an email and a phone call promising my registration would be sent via next day mail. That was several days ago and no registration. They keep saying "your vehicle is registered," not understanding that a tangible registration is required! Especially when you move out of state and are required to have your former registration to get a new one! More
