Swift and easy Greeted promptly as I walked in and was assisted in finding a car that suited my budget. "We don't want to keep your business" When I looked online at Metro's pricing, with all of the discounts and incentives they have, it was in my range. Turns out those incentives apply to very few people, Despite that, I purchased a new vehicle here. 13 days later the windshield cracked from a chip that did not happen while I was in the vehicle. Brought it over, sales and service dept. shrug their shoulders and say "nothing we can do". Send an email to the GM thinking that in the interest of goodwill they would want to take care of it. He calls back and tells me I am a liar, that the car did not leave the dealership with a chip because of their ultra supersonic inspection. Denies calling me a liar, but says it wasn't like that when the car left. When I take offense, he starts double talking and then says "I don't know why you did business with us in the 1st place - calling my internet people liars". So I say your online pricing is misleading - he says that's advertising. Whatever. He says I was going to take care of your windshield, but since that's the attitude I want to have.........yada yada yada. What an incredibly arrogant and condescending individual. What smart business person argues with the customers until the customer hangs up? He doesn't even want your business... just saying. More
