My experience with HGreg Nissan in Delray Beach has been very good. I was shopping around for a replacement for a 2016 Murano, which I loved. I shopped some competitors and found nothing that compares to very good. I was shopping around for a replacement for a 2016 Murano, which I loved. I shopped some competitors and found nothing that compares to the comfort and ride of the Murano. Seats being a big issue for me, nothing else came close. I contacted many dealers in the area and found them lacking in transparency and hyper focused on "getting me in the door", something I don't feel is necessary in this COVID environment, especially given I already know the car and the exact model I wanted. Emilio was my first contact (via the internet) at HGreg and he was helpful and forthright. We didn't immediately strike a deal so I stopped by to speak to him and his manager. Upon arrival at the showroom I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. When I asked for the manager I was instantly greeted by Bob Z, General Sales Manager. Bob is congenial, easy going, professional, and provided me (quickly without hesitation) the information, and importantly, a fair price on both his vehicle and my trade. In short, Bob earned my business by treating me fairly with transparency and respect. My salesperson, Frank, was very friendly and helpful at delivery and took the time to answer my remaining questions. Finance Manager, Carlos, was professional, friendly, and didn't pressure me to buy anything I wasn't interested in. His presentation was complete and expeditious. He explained each form he presented for signature and everything was above board. I have worked for Auto Dealerships for over 15 years in various capacities and I can honestly say I would recommend HGreg Delray Nissan to anyone looking for a Nissan or pre-owned vehicle. In my opinion they are without a doubt the best Nissan dealer in Palm Beach County. More

Be aware about their hidden fees that nobody must pay I went to this dealer trying to get a used BMW X3 to my mom because the mother's day. Everything was fine until they showed the numbers... the car pri I went to this dealer trying to get a used BMW X3 to my mom because the mother's day. Everything was fine until they showed the numbers... the car price was ok, the dealer fee was a little bit overpriced but that's ok I would pay. However when they told me that I had to pay $ 940 for a new tag and they wouldn't make any money on that because that was the average amount paid to DMV, being 400 only for the electronic transmission to DMV. Are you guys crazy?? Would you try to convince anyone that normal people would pay this overprice for the tag? anyone can pull on the internet and new tag even in Mars wouldn't be more than 500. I got excellent credit and normally I wouldn't walk away for just $ 500 but when you see someone in front of you trying to make you believe that's right doe not make any sense. So if you are in the marketing to buy a car do not waste your time there it will ruin your experience with these hidden fees that they apply. For my lucky I went another dealer and I bought Jaguar F-Pace 2019 and I paid 450 for a new tag. I felt bad for Jaguar I believe they forgot to charge me the ELECTRONIC FEE that everybody must pay to DMV. More
