Been a customer at Delray Nissan for years and the turnover in personnel has been widespread. Recently they remodeled the whole place and only had a few salesmen around. They also had only a few new cars on a lot with seemingly hundreds of cars. Still, I've always gotten relatively good deals with few of the usual last minute glitches when the finance manager does the car dealership flim-flam adding bogus charges. And the salesman, Steve Gani, eased the process with the best deal he could offer to end my soon to expire Altima lease and putting me in a new lease for a new Sentra, though another 2k down payment only 18 months after a similar deposit and the same monthly on a lower model Nissan didn't thrill me -- but came down on the first offer by 50 bucks a month. He was honest about being hamstrung by some sort of variation in offer limits that made it impossible to give me the same deals from 18 months ago. Didn't seem fair but the deal was good enough and he's a much more honest and helpful guy than you'll find in any car dealership. He gave me his cell number if I needed help and went through the registration and insurance changes in a snap. When the keys were lost for the Sentra (something I found astonishing) he said he would drive it to my home when new keys could be made the next day. And the glitch -- something about a $600 "acquisition fee" (ha) -- and I called the finance guy on it, it was waived. All in all, the usual dealership follies, but I may have walked out had Steve not been there backing me up the whole way. I'd recommend asking for him. More

Unbelievable, now that the dust has settled it has become obvious that this dealership is not only shady but downright fraudulent in it's business dealing. Went to this dealer trying to purchase a truck capable of towing an 11,000 lbs trailer. Fidel found a pickup that fit my requirements and budget. Moments before paperwork signing (after finance final approval) he claimed there was a problem and raised the price on the truck by $100 per month. I still went ahead with the deal. After all paperwork was signed and the truck was delivered I returned home. 2 days later I received a call from Fidel and Lorenzo that my 80yr old mother (the actual owner of the truck) had "failed her interview" and the financing was being pulled. I had to either return the truck to them immediately or agree to pay an ADDITIONAL $100/ Mth. I told them there is no way we can increase payments by yet another $100. I would return the vehicle. On my way back there I received notification from Fidel and Lorenzo that they were able to find a 2023 Nissan Titan XD that would be the same monthly payment and had a tow capacity it 14,000 lbs. By the time I arrived at the dealership they informed me that in actuality my monthly was going up $60. At that point my mother and I having such extreme pressure agreed to this increase. Now that I have been in possession of the vehicle I had to run a VIN search and have come to find out it in fact is not a Titan XD it is a basic Titan and the tow capacity is only 9200 lbs. Every action, every step through the dealings with Fidel and Lorenzo has not only been shady but down right dealer fraud. I am currently seeking legal counsel for dealer fraud and senior/elder fraud/abuse! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! More
