He was so patient when I wanted to test drive several units, and made the car buying process more pleasant. Even when I was still not sure about my decision, he picked up on my hesitation and suggested we look at a couple more options. Hugo was great at putting my mind at ease. I ended up choosing to go with a lease of a Nissan Sentra and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Hugo went over all the tedious details of the lease, plus all of the features of the car. One couldn’t be done without the other. They make you feel ripped off, like they are cheating you. No knowledge, always trying to hard sell you services you don’t need, and horrendous customer service. This is a terrible experience, highly suggest another dealership. More
