Before you buy a car everybody were very nice to me. But after I pay the money they don't recognize me anymore. That what happened to me. I canceled my GAP/maintenance insurance and applied for refund i But after I pay the money they don't recognize me anymore. That what happened to me. I canceled my GAP/maintenance insurance and applied for refund in finance department with Kevin Diaz. He told me I will have refund in 4-6 weeks. It's already more then 4 month I can't get my refund. I called many times to Mr. Diaz, but he never answer phone and never called me back. This kind of service you get after you pay them money. The next morning, she reached out to remedy the situation. They ignored multiple phone calls and messages to many different. With a dying husband, they were absolutely unwilling to work with her in any way. They could care less about their customers. Customers are just numbers and $ to them.
