Service employee turn over rate is very high. That should tell you something. Service writer told me my problem was that I bought a Dodge, in front of my salesman! at a Dodge dealer! They have taken apart my front console so much that trim screws are falling out and nothing is aligned and problem has never been fixed. Warranty work with no care. There is no empathy from them. Hansel is awesome, but rest of the guys that worked on our vehicles have been horrible. Our cars were portered and he/she removed my Club, security bar for the steering wheel.
