Service employee turn over rate is very high. That should tell you something. Service writer told me my problem was that I bought a Dodge, in front of my salesman! at a Dodge dealer! Hansel is awesome, but rest of the guys that worked on our vehicles have been horrible. Our cars were portered and he/she removed my Club, security bar for the steering wheel.
